Paypal is a secure online payment service that enables you to buy online without having to disclose your financial details to the seller. For UK based customers it is a free service. Visit the Paypal website for information on their secure payment facilities.

No - payment via Paypal can easily be made using credit or debit card without a Paypal account.

Postage and Delivery

 

Once your order is received, it will be lovingly wrapped in tissue and placed in an organza bag along with a handcrafted thank you note. For genuine gemstone jewellery items you will also receive information on Caring for Your Gemstone Jewellery and information about the gemstones I have used.  Your order will be posted to you in a secure bubble wrap bag within 1-2 working days and an email sent to you confirming despatch.

Refund Policy

 

I am committed to ensuring that you are totally happy with your Indigo Berry purchase and want you to give positive feedback and recommendations to all your friends and family about my shop.

 

Every effort has been taken to ensure that the photographs of the items in my Etsy Shop accurately depict each piece of Indigo Berry jewellery.  

 

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellations can be easily made by contacting me as soon as possible and within 24 hours of placing your order.

 

What happens if I am not happy with my order when I receive it?

 

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched - or you are not happy with your order when you have received it, please email me immediately outlining your concerns. We can then work together to agree a solution.

 

When would a refund be made?

 

If a refund is the agreed solution, payment will only be made after you post your item back and that item is recieved. In this circumstance I would respectfully ask that you cover the costs of the return postage.
